Message	reading is in spec but non-responsive the system isn't smart enough to know there is a problem. For example 02 sensors OK range is 0.01 to 0.99, if the sensor goes out of range it will likely toss a code, however if its stuck @ 0.45 the ECU sees it as in spec and OK but its not functioning correctly.
